She has worked with us for 4 years and has become an integral part of the team.
Jane - Head Chef
Jane is the longest serving member of staff and has been creating great dishes since the mid 1970's, and is the driving force behind the Restaurant's longstanding reputation..
When not 'creating' in the kitchen, Jane enjoys gardening and her flowering pots and arrangements are usually winners at the local show!
