Honeymoons

The Lake District is a wonderful place to spend a honeymoon - amidst the beauty of the lakes and fells - and Rothay Manor is ideally situated, right in the centre, within easy walking distance of the small market town of Ambleside and also the head of Lake Windermere. Well-known for the relaxed, comfortable atmosphere and warm welcome.

Stay a minimum of 2 nights (dinner, bed & breakfast) and receive complimentary chocolates and a bottle of Champagne to share during your stay.

Choose from one of our spacious, individually designed bedrooms.

The Superior Rooms have either a balcony looking out over the garden or a private terrace.

If your prefer more space and privacy why not choose one of our suites.

The Wansfell Suite is situated in the grounds of the hotel, slightly away from the main building giving that little bit more privacy. The suite is light and airy with an open plan lounge and bedroom, with the bedroom having a 6ft double bed. Outside is a private parking space and a small terrace.

The Fairfield Suite is a recent addition to the hotel and is situated in our new wing. The suite has a spacious master bedroom with a 6ft. double bed; en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower and a large lounge.

Bath robes are provided in all our suites

Prices are the total cost of the stay and include 3-course Dinner each evening, full English Breakfast and V.A.T.
