Meetings & Small Conferences

We specialise in small informal meetings of up to 22 people where the emphasis is on comfort, relaxation, good food and wine. We pride ourselves on offering an efficient and hospitable service in an unobtrusive manner.

We are happy to cater for any special dietary requirements your delegates might have as long as we are given prior notice. The Meeting Room & Dining Room are fully accessible for the disabled, whilst 2 of our bedrooms are in accordance with National Accessible Scheme catagory 2 guidelines.

Should you like a break from work during your stay we can suggest / organise a leisure activity for you  e.g. a lake cruise, tour of the area, walking, cycling.

8 Hour Day Rate Per Person
(inclusive of coffee on arrival & mid-morning, bottled water, light lunch of sandwiches & fruit, afternoon tea & biscuits, room hire & V.A.T.)

Delegate Rate £35 per head (minimum 6 people).

Supplements
Full 3 course Lunch           £14 per person
Soup and Sandwiches         £6 per person
Full Afternoon Tea             £8 per person

CONFERENCES WITH ACCOMMODATION
24 Hour Day Rate Per Person
(includes 8 hour day rate PLUS 3 Course Dinner, single occupancy of double room, full English breakfast and V.A.T.)

Delegate Rate £165 per head (minimum 6 people). For less than 6 delegates please contact us for details.

If any delegate would like to bring a partner/spouse we can offer them Dinner, Bed & Breakfast at £65 per person per night.
