PICTURES of the Vulcan which flew across the skies above the Lake District at the Windermere Air Show last weekend are being sought in a competition.

Vulcan To The Sky, the charity which keeps the iconic aircraft flying, is holding the competition and the lucky winner will receive a prize that money can not buy.

Entries will be placed in a gallery on the Westmorland Gazette website, where readers can vote for their favourite.

The winning picture will be framed and signed by the Vulcan team.
