Kendal food festival cooks up a storm of interest

Tourist information centre’s opening times are cut

A DECISION has been made to reduce the opening hours of two South Lakeland tourist information centres.
South Lakeland District Council’s Cabinet agreed to reduce Windermere TIC’s opening times by two days, while Kendal’s TIC will be cut by one and a half days from October 1 in order to save the authority [...]
