How to Find Rothay Manor...

From the South

Leave M6 at J36 and follow A591 through to Ambleside. On reaching Ambleside and entering the 20mph zone, turn left at the traffic lights and follow the signs for Coniston which will take you past the Steamer Pier and the Lake. Driving through a series of bends, as the road straightens out you will see Ambleside Rugby Club on the left, with the hotel signs directly in front of you. Turn left at the junction and the entrance to the hotel car park is on the right just around the bend.

From the North
Leave M6 at J40 and follow A66 towards Keswick. After 14 miles take a left turn onto B5322 (signposted Threlkeld) to join the A591, and then turn left heading for Grasmere and Ambleside.
On reaching Ambleside follow the signs for Hawkshead and Coniston, which will take you through Ambleside’s one-way system. Move over into the right-hand lane and filter right opposite the BP garage, turning left at the bottom of the road. You will see the hotel signs on the left-hand side as you drive along the road. Take the next right and the entrance to the hotel car park is on the right just around the bend.

Satellite navigation does not recognise 'Rothay Bridge' as an address. The nearest roads it recognises are Borrans Road / Rothay Road which run straight past the hotel. The post-code is: LA22 0EH
