Our restaurant is a beautiful tranquil space in which to enjoy the heavenly food which Head Chef Dan McGeorge and his team create. The interiors of the restaurant have been designed to reflect the heritage of Rothay Manor, with wood panelling, stunning Lewis and Wood wallpaper, and hardwood floor.
Dan McGeorge draws his inspiration from Scandinavian and Japanese cuisine, whilst ensuring that foods are sourced locally and seasonally, wherever possible.
Begin your evening in our bar lounge/drawing room where you will receive nibbles whilst perusing the menu. Once seated the evening begins with canapes, followed by bread and amuse bouche. You will be treated to 3 fabulous courses, including a pre-dessert, and if your appetite allows we also offer an exquisite cheese trolley selection.
For a memorable culinary journey, Dan McGeorge has created an indulgent Tasting Menu, which showcases his skills and ability to combine amazing flavour combinations. There is also a wine flight available to complement each course.
On Sunday's we serve a traditional Sunday Lunch, the perfect occasion to gather family and friends to enjoy a leisurely afternoon.
We are delighted to have been awarded 3 AA rosettes for culinary excellence for 3 consecutive year and in 2021 we were awarded a Michelin Plate.
Our restaurant is open every evening from 6pm - 8:30pm and Sunday lunch 12pm - 2pm.
